The Diploma in Communication Management (DCM) is a 16-month programme designed to equip students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to succeed in today’s dynamic communication-driven environment. As organisations face rapid technological change, evolving stakeholder expectations, and complex global challenges, the ability to manage strategic and professional communication effectively in various settings becomes a vital core skill.
The DCM programme combines communication theory, media writing, and professional communication practices with strategic communication management. Students will develop strong writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while learning to craft effective messages for diverse audiences.
