^ As per SSG’s policy, the GST payable is calculated based on prevailing tax rate of the nett fee payable after baseline funding subsidy of 70%.
Terms & Conditions
1) Is the Singtel x SIM Academy TikTok Masterclass funded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)?
Yes. This program is eligible for SSG course fee funding when employees are sponsored by their company. It is not open for individual (self- sponsored) registration.
2) Who is eligible for SSG funding for this Singtel x SIM Academy TikTok Masterclass?
Employees are eligible if they:
• Are Singapore Citizens (SC) or Permanent Residents (PR)
• Are 21 years old and above
• Are sponsored by a Singapore-registered company
• Attend at least 75% of the course and pass all required assessments
3) How much does the program cost after subsidies?
Your company may receive:
• Up to 70% subsidy of the course fee for eligible SCs/PRs
• Up to 90% under the Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (for SME employers sponsoring SCs)
• Additional claimable support under the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) if eligible
4) Is absentee payroll available?
Yes. Employers may claim Absentee Payroll (AP) to help cover employee time away from work, subject to SSG terms and conditions. For more information on Absentee Payroll (AP), click here.
5) What happens if an employee fails to meet course requirements?
If an employee:
• Fails to meet 75% attendance, or
• Does not achieve competency for the assessment
SSG may revoke the funding, and the employer will be liable for the full course fee.
6) Can we customize the masterclass for our company’s needs?
Yes. Customization is possible for group registrations, including industry-specific case studies, campaign goals, or product positioning strategies. Contact us to discuss options.
7) How do we register our employees?
Please contact our team for a corporate registration form and invoice. We will guide you through the employer-sponsored SSG submission process.
8) Can my company sponsor me for this course?
Yes. Companies can sponsor employees and receive enterprise subsidies. Eligible companies may also claim SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) support.
