Customers and End Users are more demanding, and their demands are constantly changing. Resources are getting more expensive. One of the biggest challenges in the world today is people are not able to communicate effectively what they think due to too many complex variables and unknowns out there. Its truly a world of VUCA i.e. Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. 

To succeed and thrive in today’s increasingly interconnected world, the ability to understand complex systems, think fluidly, and solve complex problems is essential. The Systems Thinking course provides concrete systems thinking tools you can apply to analyze complex situations. Participants will be able to integrate systems thinking concepts, principles, and practices to improve existing processes, operations, and thinking patterns. Based on their ground-breaking empirical research from Cornell University and Cabrera Labs, the trainer will guide participants each step of the way toward a better understanding of how one thinks and how systems work and how one can better understand the complexities of the modern world.
