We optimize our computers periodically so that it can continue working optimally. However, how often do we optimize ourself so that we can continue working at a productive level?

Most people wasted their lives by failing to take control of their time and manage the stress.  These result in many people operating way below their potential in the workplace and living sub-standard lives with deteriorating health and poor relationships.  This toxic cycle can be stopped and reversed with productive time and stress management!
