Programme leader

Celine Quek is a HR Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the capacity of a HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist, HR Program Manager. She has also led the resourcing teams within various multi-national companies and local SMEs in industries like Manufacturing, Technology as well as Financial Services to drive world-class TA operating models and practices.

As a HR Program Manager, she has experience in driving, implementing, and communicating changes in HR transformation to align with Business Transformation. These transformation projects include changes in HR operating model, process improvement, HR system implementation or integration for MNCs and SMEs.

Currently an Associate Consultant and Associate Trainer, providing competency-based HRM and delivering HRD solutions respectively to corporate clients.
