Course Overview

Mastering strategies to engage and manage stakeholder is a powerful skill that enhance work efficiency and collaboration opportunities tremendously. This programme explores extensively on strategies for stakeholder engagement and management, facilitation techniques and negotiation strategies to achieve business outcomes and escalate business performance for organizations.

  • 4 hours of Asynchronous E-learning (Self-paced; to be completed before Day 2 of the course)

Programme leader

Annie Tan has over 20 years of leadership and management experience in DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Fiserv Aspac (Banking Solutions Consulting), 10 years in Human Capital.

In DBS, she spearheaded the setting up of the SME hotline and led teams to support SME & Wealth customers in the Customer Centre (an award-winning in-house 600 seats Call Centre).

As the Head of Onboarding in DBS Learning & Talent Development, she developed programmes in Customer Service, Leadership and Management.

As the Deputy to the Head of Leadership Institute, Annie successfully designed and facilitated programmes on Leadership, Professional Development, Performance Management and Cultural Development for DBS across the region.


Norintan Shariff has been in the learning and development space, in both WSQ and non-WSQ since 2008. A people developer at heart, she has been facilitating more than 100 different modules across different frameworks; Service Excellence, Human Resource Management, Leadership & People Management, Business Management, Retail Management, Tourism Management and many others. 

She also develops, customise and contextualise curriculums for both WSQ and non-WSQ. She has developed over 100 different modules including frameworks that she may not be the subject-matter expert like Early Childhood Education, Security and Process Engineering. She also facilitates Business Success Roadmap for SMEs business owners and managers in her consulting work.

Norintan has an extensive of over 30 years of experience, in various sectors of the service industry before venturing into the training and development. She was with the airlines, hotel & accommodation, cruises and retail/wholesale. She spent almost 15 years in luxury retail that covers travel retailing business in the Asia region including Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. During her tenure with the organisation, she oversaw the Human Resource Management and Training & Development for the organization, and had been involved in internal and external training. As the General Sales Manager, she also oversees the financial & accounting, sales & marketing, IT, customer relations management, human resource management and general management.  


Jasmine Liew has been a Human Resource Leader for the past 20 years and is currently the Founder and Organisation Development Consultant of Breakthrough Catalyst LLP. Jasmine span of wide HR experience encompasses the Singapore Civil Service- Singapore Land Authority, International Enterprise Singapore, National Healthcare Group- Alexandra Hospital, MNCs-Panasonic and Dairy Farm South Asia and the Private Sector- Certis CISCO and PSA.

She specialises in Human Resource Development, Organisation Culture, Organisation Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Team Psychological Safety and Workplace Performance Coaching.

Being a seasoned and experienced HR leader for leading organisation development and organisation change in various industries, Jasmine has attained the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (iHRP) Senior Professional Status.

Jasmine has also received The Training Leader of the Year Award 2017, Asia's Training & Development Excellence Award. The award was given in due recognition for her high quality of training and organisation development solutions that contribute to the success of her corporate clients.
