LEADING, MANAGING AND MOTIVATING HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS

Course Overview

“Our people are our most important resource!” scream most organizations, however, this is seldom reflected in their management approaches and policies. Human behavior is the key to success and the behavior of people in business should be at the center of every business decision. Performance management focuses on understanding behaviors. A practical approach will be using scientific methods to manage behavior which includes: precise specification of what we want to improve, the development of a baseline of current performance against which we can measure progress; and then a precise intervention and the evaluation of its impact on performance. This 2-day workshop is specially designed to help participants learn all these so that they can manage, motivate and lead high performance teams effectively and consistently.
