Course Overview

Influence and persuasion are essential skills in the workplace as they empower individuals to effectively communicate their ideas, gain support for initiatives, and drive positive change. Being able to influence others allows supervisors, executives, and managers to build relationships, inspire trust, and establish credibility, which are crucial for interacting with staff and stakeholders on the job.

By mastering influence and persuasion, learners can navigate organizational dynamics, negotiate win-win solutions, and mobilize teams towards shared objectives, fostering a more productive work environment.
