In her tenure as Deputy Head of a Leadership Institute, Annie trained and equipped hundreds of managers with practical, high-impact techniques that bridge the gap between setting expectations and driving performance. She employs a diverse range of methodologies, including assessment tools and role-playing tailored to real-world workplace challenges.
