This Creative Thinking course equips you with the mindset and tools to do this well – by exploring new ideas, testing what works, and building solutions together with your team.


When you strengthen your creative thinking skills, you become someone who sparks fresh ideas, drives innovation, and helps your organisation stay ahead.

• Describe a personal mindset of unlearning and good work for navigating change

• Apply strategies to manage creative thinking processes and identify desired outcomes.
