SIM Global Education hosted the second Korea Educators' Conference on 16 May 2026, welcoming 32 educators and counsellors from high schools across Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Busan, and Jeju for a day of professional exchange and dialogue on the future of education.

The conference provided a valuable platform for educators to discuss emerging trends shaping student aspirations and higher education pathways. Key topics included the growing importance of applied learning and career readiness, the role of international exposure in developing global competitiveness, Singapore's position as a connected education hub for Asian students, and evolving expectations among Korean students and parents.

Participants engaged in thoughtful discussions on how educational institutions can better equip students with the skills, experiences, and global perspectives needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected and rapidly changing workforce.

The event also provided opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing among educators, strengthening relationships between SIM Global Education and the Korean education community. Through the exchange of ideas and best practices, participants explored ways to better support students in making informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

SIM Global Education extends its sincere appreciation to all speakers, alumni, educators, and partners who contributed their perspectives and helped make the conference a meaningful and impactful event.

As demand for internationally relevant and industry-focused education continues to grow, SIM Global Education remains committed to fostering closer collaboration with schools and counsellors in Korea while creating pathways that prepare students for success in a global environment.
