Before this, he served as CEO of Singapore Pools (Private) Limited and was the founding CEO of IDA International, where he guided public service infocomm initiatives.

Earlier, he was the Managing Director of Accenture’s Public Service Operating Group for Asia-Pacific and the Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore.
