SIM Academy signs MOU with Soundarya Institute of Management and Science (SIMS)

SIM Academy and Soundarya Institute of Management and Science (SIMS) from Bangalore, Karnataka, have recently established a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to introduce bespoke Leadership Development programmes focused on self-leadership and creative thinking. The MOU was signed at SIM Management House by SIM Academy CEO Mr Ho Seong Kim and SIMS Director of Strategic Communications Mr Bhanu Prakash R

This collaboration aims to enhance the capabilities of students and emerging professionals by providing them with essential soft skills. These skills will complement their technical knowledge as they enter the workforce, better preparing them for success.

Over the next three years, approximately 100 students will be enrolled annually in the programme, offering SIM Academy flexibility to incorporate additional Critical Core Skills courses based on their evolving needs. By developing these transferable soft skills, students increase their chances of employability, as constant skill development is vital for personal and professional growth.
