• Practical Skill Development: Sessions such as the 'Career SUPERDRIVE Discovery Playshop' and modules on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) ensured students left with tangible, high-value skills.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Through challenges led by SIM Student Ambassadors, participants sharpened their teamwork and problem-solving abilities in a supportive, interactive environment.
• Holistic Growth: Beyond technical knowledge, workshops focused on resilience, mental strength, and effective presentation skills, ensuring a well-rounded development experience.
Bridging Education and Industry
For SIM GE, the camp represents a key strategic initiative to connect with the next generation of learners. By offering secondary school students firsthand exposure to the campus environment and its diverse academic offerings, the programme demystifies the transition to tertiary education.
The event also served as a vital platform for building relationships between students and educators, fostering an environment where informed decisions about future careers can be nurtured. As the participants return to their studies, the connections made and the mindsets cultivated during these three days will undoubtedly serve as a strong foundation for their continued growth and future success.
