Dr. Josephine PL Ong is an accomplished facilitator, coach, and educator with over 30 years of experience spanning corporate affairs, sales, stakeholder engagement, public relations, and leadership training across industries such as automotive, retail, education, and community services. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration specialising in Training & Development and is currently pursuing research in Executive Coaching, focusing on its impact on leadership effectiveness and team performance. A certified Master Practitioner in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Solution-Focused Coach (ICF PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner), she has trained thousands in communication, influence, and negotiation. Her role as a lecturer with various Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) in Singapore reflects her strength in translating complex leadership concepts into practical strategies. Dr. Ong is passionate about human-centric leadership, intergenerational collaboration, and inclusive communication. She actively contributes to community organisations including YWCA, The Turning Point, Singapore Cancer Society, CRU Ministries, Halogen Foundation, and Babes Pregnancy Support—empowering women, youth, and working mothers as leaders at home and work. She is also the creator of Moments That Matter—a set of communication cards designed to spark meaningful conversations and deepen connections across teams. Her blend of academic insight, practical wisdom, and heartfelt engagement makes her uniquely positioned to lead this advanced programme with relevance, impact, and authenticity.
