ORGANISATION DESIGN: ACCOUNTABLE WORK SYSTEMS DESIGN & OPTIMISATION

Course Overview

Based on the patented Strategic Organisation™ approach, this intensive 2-day course is developed for managerial leaders and organisational development (OD) professionals to design organisations for measurable agility and effectiveness. You’ll learn a data driven method to build resilient structures, optimise systems, and streamline core processes for immediate impact.

Many firms treat culture as the fix when the real issue is structure: misaligned roles, unclear accountability, and managers without authority. In an AI-driven economy where routine tasks are automated, these structural flaws are exposed. This course shows how to align work complexity with human capability so your organisation supports judgement and strategic intent.

You’ll gain practical tools to align roles to complexity, clarify accountability with matching authority, and embed workflows that integrate decisions across the business. The result: accountable systems, higher productivity, and sustainable growth - an organisation where every role delivers high-value judgment AI cannot replace.
