Programme leader

Dr Henry Toi is a Certified Coach and Master Trainer and co-author of “Think.Coach.Thrive!”. He successfully transitioned from corporate leadership and has taken on mentoring and coaching as part of his portfolio, developing senior executives in their leadership journey. He graduated with honours in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Education from the RMIT University in Melbourne and a Doctor of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, Adelaide.

During his corporate career, he had served the Singapore Government (Monetary Authority of Singapore), Shell Petroleum, Standard Chartered Bank and the OCBC Asset Management, in the area of finance and policy management.

Henry has authored several award wining books. His book “Think to Thrive, Re-engineering Your Mind For Growth” was awarded The Golden Door Awards - REX Karmaveer Medal in Jan 2020. He co-authored the book “Think Coach Thrive”, which highlights the PEARLS coaching framework which was published in 2022. Henry is also a certified ACLP trainer and was appointed by Prof Tony Buzan as master trainer and facilitator.
