Programme leader

Audrey Wong holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from George Washington University earned in 1993, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore in 1986. Audrey is also an Associate Certified Coach (ICF 2018), a Professional Management Consultant (SBACC 2025), and holds the RISE Digital Transformation and Change Management certification from BCG Academy (2023). She is an accredited Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) trainer with comprehensive certifications from the National Centre of Excellence (NACE) in 2025 across all five modules.

Audrey completed Strategic Enterprise - Achieving Total Managerial Leadership Alignment certification, equipping her with Dr. Gerry Kraines' proven methodology for organizational design and transformation. Combined with her W. Edwards Deming: The Leadership Management certification (2012), she brings a robust systems-thinking approach to organizational development.

For Organization Development consultation and practices, Audrey has demonstrated exceptional expertise in high-stakes organizational transformations. She successfully led the merger of OCBC Securities, Warburg, and Keppel Securities, achieving a remarkable 125% post-integration survey improvement by resolving union conflicts and amalgamating resources across multiple entities.

She also provided consultation and implemented solutions in the area of Organization Management across 14 APAC countries during her tenure at Rohde & Schwarz, where she pioneered Singapore as the region's learning excellence hub. She spearheaded the creation and implementation of APAC's dual track career matrix framework with 19 leader stakeholders, reducing staff turnover, and transformed technical qualifications by incorporating Lominger competency and SPIN selling methodologies. Her strategic organizational interventions at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions resulted in USD 60,000 annual savings by establishing regional HR teams and rolling out global HR initiatives across APAC.

With more than 35 years of corporate and consulting experience across manufacturing, technology, financial services, and testing sectors, Audrey has served in senior roles including Regional HR Director for 14 countries at Intertek Testing Services, where she reported to global executives in the USA, UK, and Singapore. She executed global bonus payout schemes based on revenue, profit, and debt ratios across 7 ASEAN countries, and accomplished HR change initiatives including payroll and hiring SOPs that enhanced compliance, productivity, and revenue performance.

Her international and multi-sector experience, coupled with her thought leadership in HR transformation, digital transformation, and organizational change management, has honed her deep expertise in both organization development and organization management. Her hands-on experience in navigating union relations, stakeholder ecosystems, M&A integrations, and regional team leadership across 14+ countries provides participants with real-world insights and proven methodologies for designing accountable work systems and driving organizational excellence in today's complex business environment.
