Course Overview

Technology has been rapidly advancing in the past few decades, and the main beneficiaries of technology in the workforce are typically supervisors, executives, and managers who are able to streamline administrative duties such as record-keeping and task management as a result of these advancements and enable new forms of work such as hybrid or remote work arrangements.

However, as digital changes become more widespread and pervasive, there is increasing pressure for employees to upskill and adapt, becoming fluent in more aspects of digital work such as data analysis and visualization, as well as addressing the emergent risks such as data management and basic cyber security which were previously ignored or outsourced to professionals.

Course benefits

Learners will be equipped with knowledge and abilities to support organizational adoption of digital solutions, assessing digital tools suitability and risk, supporting implementation of solutions, as well as actively minimizing risks.
