Course Overview

With technology and machines quickly taking over the simpler roles and tasks at work, businesses and their employees are increasingly tasked with working on more complex issues; or what some call “wicked problems”. In this new world of complexity and disruption, businesses need to equip their employees with the knowledge and ability to manage the continuous process of dealing with increasing amounts of information and data, often from different disciplines, to identify opportunities and/or gain insights that will lead to structured decision making and solutioning for business resilience.
