This programme is for developing the Third Stage of Sansi- The Strategic Thinking process.
At Stage 1 of Sansi, Logical Thinking (2D), we create efficient systems, and at Stage 2 of Sansi, Layeral Thinking (3D) we embrace change by pivoting to more effective systems.
The concept of VUCA- of rapid and highly impactful changes in society- necessitates a more future-oriented form of thinking, and this is Stage 3 of Sansi, Strategic Thinking (4D). Where Layeral Thinking refers to 3D thinking of raising our consciously one level above a 2D view, Strategic Thinking develops 4D flexibility- choosing to invest time and resources considering trends and developments that may be inevitable but are hidden in plain sight to most people.
With Strategic Thinking, an organization will benefit from systematically reviewing drivers and forces that can make or break the organization. Not only will this future-proof the existing enterprise, it will also allow the organization to evaluate and weigh entry into new markets and products and services.

As a certified consultant in Exponential Organizations, Chet Choon helps clients develop exponential growth plans through the understanding and deployment of doubling technologies. He is an IBM-certified Design Thinking consultant and facilitates change through iterative customer consultation.
In the area of Innovation, Chet Choon was part of the winning Trimsound team in the Creative Industry Xchange (CIX) proof of concept competition launched by the National Library Board in 2009. Trimsound was presented in the inaugural World Innovation Summit in Barcelona 2009.
He is a Cambridge-certified Teacher-Trainer and Programme Leader for the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) and a certified trainer for CIPD, the world's largest Chartered HR and development professional body.
