Course Overview

This programme is for developing the Second stage of Sansi- The Layeral Thinking process.

Layeral Thinking represents the second stage of Sansi whereby leaders and managers need to evaluate the macro landscape, pivot in objectives, and reframe thinking to suit multiple stakeholders.

In this VUCA environment, Layeral Thinking is perhaps the most vital of the three thinking stages, as it represents not just doing what needs to be done but also resisting doing what has always been done.
