Course Overview

Employee contribution to an organization can take one of three forms: Thinking, Implementing, and Connecting. Sansi (三思) is a structured three- stage approach to holistically develop the Thinking process.

There are three stages to developing the mind of the leader and manager. They are:

1. Logical Thinking (2D)

2. Layeral Thinking (3D)

3. Strategic Thinking (4D).

This programme is for developing the first stage of Sansi- The Logical Thinking process.

Logical Thinking deals with established situations with generally fixed parameters. In such a convergent situation, the objective is to systematize processes and optimize gains (Kaizen).

As a certified consultant in Exponential Organizations, Chet Choon helps clients develop exponential growth plans through the understanding and deployment of doubling technologies. He is an IBM-certified Design Thinking consultant and facilitates change through iterative customer consultation.

In the area of Innovation, Chet Choon was part of the winning Trimsound team in the Creative Industry Xchange (CIX) proof of concept competition launched by the National Library Board in 2009. Trimsound was presented in the inaugural World Innovation Summit in Barcelona 2009.

He is a Cambridge-certified Teacher-Trainer and Programme Leader for the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) and a certified trainer for CIPD, the world's largest Chartered HR and development professional body.
