Data Analysis with Microsoft Excel DASHBOARD Reporting for Management is a specially designed course to provide an informative and interactive management tool. Therefore, it gives clear visual tracks and displays key performance indicators (KPI), metrics lest, key data points for the management.

Furthermore, it allows management to monitor the health of a business, department, or specific process very quickly. Henceforth, they are customizable to meet the specific needs of a department and company. Altogether, with the usage of data visualizations, dashboards to simplify complex data sets albeit helps provide users at a glance, the awareness of current performance.

Undeniably, Excel is a great tool for creating interactive Dashboards. Therefore, it is used by countless organizations to track business performance. Needless to say, learning how to build dashboards would significantly be a great addition to your skillset.

During our 2 days workshop in “Data Analysis with Excel DASHBOARD for Management”, participants will learn the concept of Dashboard and how to build them from scratch.

Furthermore, you will be taught some powerful Excel functions to specifically create dynamic data (KPIs) from the source data to prepare for the Dashboard. Lastly, you will also learn how to create interactivity for the Dashboard by using Form Controls and put all these together to build a dynamic and interactive Dashboard.

You must have at least intermediate skills in Excel. You should know how to create basic Excel Chart and how to use Excel functions like IF,OR, AND, and nested functions. It is also necessary for you to know how to use Excel Pivot Table.

This is a two-days hands-on course. The trainer will walk through the topic step-by­ step. You will be provided with exercise files on every topic to effectively apply what have been taught. A short Q & A session will be available after each topic.

• A laptop (preferable your personal laptop)

• Laptop power adaptor

• A USB mouse

• A USB thumb drive or hard-disk

• Software requirement: Microsoft Excel version 2010-2019
