Everything rises and falls on leadership. If a football team is not performing, they don’t change the team, they change the coach! Therefore it is crucial that leaders know how to stay inspired and what motivates each and every member of the team. One of the most powerful tools that can help a leader lead in this element is the Enneagram personality profiling system. The Enneagram reveals the gifts of nine different leadership styles.

The Enneagram reveals the gifts of nine different leadership styles. Examples like:
·         The ‘Perfectionist’ leader will lead with the pursuit of excellence.
·         The ‘Helper’ leader will focus on motivating and serving others.
·         The ‘Performer’ leader will be focusing on obtaining results.
·         The ‘Individualist’ leader will focus on pursing one’s passion.
·         The ‘Observer’ leader will focus on the importance of being objective.
·         The ‘Loyalist’ leader will focus on insight and planning.
·         The ‘Enthusiast’ leader will focus on innovation and flexibility.
·         The ‘Boss’ leader will focus on making important things happen.
·         The ‘Peacemaker’ leader will focus on inclusion and consensus. 

In this workshop, you will learn to:
·         Identify your leadership style, including your strengths and weaknesses.
·         Know your positive and negative impact on others. 
·         Build rapport with different personality types effortlessly
 
Raj Revindran is a master NLP coach and practitioner, Enneagram teacher, master trainer of The Excellerated Life Coaching Programme and developer in NLP and the Enneagram personality coaching. He has worked with international luminaries such as Professor Robert Dilts (founder of NLP University, and co-developer of NLP) and with many organisations.
 
Lance Ong is a trainer and master practitioner of NLP (Systemic NLP and NLP New Coding). He is also certified in coaching and modeling with NLP (Third Generation NLP), NLP University and a master trainer of The Excellerated Life Coaching Programme. He is the only one in South East Asia certified by Professor Robert Dilts to offer the latest third generation NLP technology in Singapore.
