This workshop helps you to learn the basics by introducing the key steps and tools available for crafting your career road map. You will also engage in activities and exercises to learn how to gather relevant information to write your personal career road map. Dr Kamal Kant is an Adjunct Lecturer and Career Management Professional currently lecturing in management and career related courses at leading universities. Besides facilitating management development seminars and retreats, Kamal coaches individuals and executives. His articles on careers and coaching have appeared in The Straits Times and other professional and leisure magazines. He has produced, presented and hosted a series of radio programmes on career and life for 938Live.
