The SIM Applied Entrepreneurship Centre (SIM AEC) has strengthened its International Advisory Panel (IAP) by appointing two senior executives to the panel, Mr Rajesh Sawhney and Mr Randy Teo.
Mr Rajesh Sawhney is a serial entrepreneur, business builder and angel investor who has set-up multiple successful ventures over the last two decades. He is the co-founder of InnerChef, India's fastest growing food tech platform, and the founder of GSF, India’s leading technology start-up accelerator. He also serves on multiple boards and advises Trident Capital, a venture capital firm in Palo Alto, California. He is based in Silicon Valley and India.
Mr Randy Teo is a senior executive with more than 27 years of industry experience, having worked with ratings agencies, investment bankers and taken on global general management roles to manage businesses for value creation and growth. His experience includes roles in Stanley Black & Decker and was the Principal / Co-Head of Platinum Equity, managing more than US$200 million in capital within three years of operation. He is based in Silicon Valley.

The IAP was formed with the purpose of helping SIM AEC further its mission to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs in Singapore. The panel provides perspectives, advice and strategic connections and comprises experienced investors, entrepreneurs and leaders in industry.
